Shipping & Handling Policy

At Silve, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and promptly. Please read through our shipping and handling guidelines to understand how we manage the process.


Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹700/- across India.

  • For orders below ₹700, a nominal shipping charge of ₹199/- will be applicable.


Delivery Timelines

  • Orders once shipped are typically delivered in:

    • 1-4 business days in metro cities

    • 4-7 business days in other regions across India

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as location, public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

  • In cases where your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments.


Order Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to reasons beyond our control. If your order hasn’t reached you by the expected date, please contact us at support@silve.in or call us at +91 9270221199. We will do our best to assist you promptly.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details and the courier service handling your delivery.

  • You can track your order 24 hours after dispatch.

  • Alternatively, log in to your Silve.in account, go to ‘Orders’, and click ‘Track Order’ under the relevant order ID.


Received a Damaged or Broken Product?

  • If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, we require an unboxing video for verification.

  • Once verified, we will take prompt action to resolve the issue via return, refund, or replacement.


Return Policy

We offer 10-day returns on eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated by writing to support@silve.in with your order number.

  • A return pickup will be scheduled within 5–7 business days after your request is approved.

  • Returned items will undergo a Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

Exceptions:

  • Complaints due to recurring issues will be reviewed by our team in coordination with our vendors. Verified cases will be eligible for return.

  • Tarnishing is a natural process for silver jewelry. At Silve, we use rhodium plating to delay this. However, occasional tarnishing is not grounds for return unless it’s part of a recurring issue.

Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement in the following cases:

  • Incorrect product received

  • Product size issues

  • Missing items

  • Quality dissatisfaction

Conditions for replacement:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Contact us via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media to raise your request.

  • Pickup will be arranged within 5–7 business days, followed by a QC at our warehouse.

  • Upon approval, a replacement will be dispatched.

Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for all missing/broken item claims.


Restocking Requests

If a product is out of stock and you wish to be notified when it’s available:

  • Our Customer Support Team will coordinate with the Buying Team to check with vendors for availability.

  • Once confirmed and restocked after QC, we will notify you via email or SMS.

  • You may also choose to register your interest via the product page.
