Return, Refund, Cancellation & Exchange Policy 

At Silve.in, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You may initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if the product is:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

To initiate a return, please WhatsApp us at +91 9270221199 with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will assist you in raising a return request.


Reverse Pickup and Self-Shipping

We offer reverse pickup in most serviceable pin codes. In case your location is not eligible for pickup by our courier partner, you may self-ship the product. You will be reimbursed up to INR 70 for self-shipping upon sharing valid courier receipt details.

Video Proof Requirement

When returning a product, please record a video of handing over the package to the delivery person for verification.
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or tampered with, report it via WhatsApp within 48 hours along with a 360-degree unboxing video. Claims without sufficient evidence may not be honored.


Refunds

Once the returned product passes our quality check, your refund will be processed.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

  • For COD orders, the shipping fee is non-refundable. Our team will request your bank details to process the refund via bank transfer.

Silve.in reserves the right to deny refunds if the returned item fails our quality inspection. In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer.


Replacements

Replacements are available if:

  • You received a wrong or defective item

  • There are size or fit issues

  • You are unsatisfied with the product quality

Replacement orders are dispatched within 48 hours after we receive and verify the returned item.

Please note: Coins, religious idols, and custom-made products are non-returnable. However, replacements are offered in case of damage or size issues at the time of delivery.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by:

We currently do not offer self-cancellation via the website. Orders once processed or shipped cannot be canceled.


International Orders

  • Delivery Timeline: International orders take approximately 20 business days for delivery.

  • Shipping Charges: INR 1999 applicable per international order.

  • Cancellation/Refund: Not available for international orders once placed.
