Order Cancellation Policy – silve.in

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly at +91 9270221199 and share your order number. Provided your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll be able to cancel it and arrange a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped:

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: You can simply decline the delivery when it arrives. The package will automatically be sent back to us.
• For prepaid orders: You will need to accept the shipment first and then request a return. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Orders involving any type of personalization or customization (such as engraving or bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled once placed.
