Order Cancellation Policy – silve.in
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly at +91 9270221199 and share your order number. Provided your order hasn’t yet been processed, we’ll be able to cancel it and arrange a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped:
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: You can simply decline the delivery when it arrives. The package will automatically be sent back to us.
- For prepaid orders: You will need to accept the shipment first and then request a return. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be processed accordingly.

Please Note:
Orders involving any type of personalization or customization (such as engraving or bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled once placed.
