How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is confirmed, we require up to 48 hours to process and dispatch it. After dispatch, the delivery typically takes between 4 to 6 working days. You'll receive regular updates regarding your order on your registered mobile number and email address. You can also check your order status using the tracking link provided.

I haven’t received my product yet, and the contact number provided by the delivery partner isn’t working. How can I get in touch with them?

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you've experienced. Kindly share your registered phone number or email along with your order number, and we'll get in touch with the delivery partner on your behalf to resolve the issue.

Since my order hasn't been shipped yet, I’d like to request a cancellation.

What should I do if I want to cancel an order that has already been dispatched?

We're sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order. For orders that have already been shipped: Simply refuse to accept the delivery, and the product will be returned to us automatically. If you had made a prepaid purchase, your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item. We’d also appreciate it if you could share the reason for your cancellation — your feedback helps us improve.

Can you tell me about your return policy?

At SILVE, we offer a 10-day return policy for the following reasons: Size or fitting issues Product didn’t meet your expectations in terms of design or quality Received a damaged item Received the wrong product Please Note: Items that are worn, damaged, or tarnished due to use are not eligible for return. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. SILVE will inspect the returned items before processing any refund. Returns will not be accepted after 10 days from the delivery date.

What is the process to return a product?

We're sorry to hear you'd like to return your product. To request a return: Please email us at support@silve.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9270221199. Make sure to include clear photos of the product along with an unboxing video in your message. After our quality check (QC), we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your location. The pickup usually happens within 72 hours, and once we receive the item, your refund will be processed. Note: Refunds typically take 6–7 working days to reflect in your account.

Can I change the shipping address after I've placed my order?

To update the delivery address on your order: Please get in touch with us through any of our support channels, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Note: If your order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the address. However, in such cases, we’ll try to recall the package and arrange a fresh shipment from our side if needed.

Is quick delivery available at SILVE?

We usually air-ship most of our orders to ensure faster delivery. However, if you need express shipping, just let us know — we’ll do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Can the delivery address be modified after dispatch?

Once an order has been dispatched, it's unlikely that the delivery address can be changed. However, if needed, we’ll attempt to recall the shipment and send out a new package to the correct address from our side.

Will I receive a call on my phone when my order is out for delivery?

We partner with all major delivery services, and in most cases, the delivery agent will call you before handing over the package. However, since deliveries are handled by third-party logistics providers, we cannot guarantee a call every time.

"I didn’t place this order. Can you tell me what it contains?

We understand that you may not have placed the order yourself. Many of our orders are placed as gifts, so it’s possible that someone sent this to you as a surprise. We kindly request you to receive the package with a smile — it might just be a thoughtful gift meant for you!

My order arrived, but the box is empty. What should I do?

We’re truly sorry to hear that you received an empty box. This may have happened due to: Possible tampering during transit An unintentional error during packaging at our end Please get in touch with us as soon as possible, along with photos of the box and your order number. We’ll make sure to ship a replacement to you right away.

I'm currently out of town. Can the delivery be postponed until I'm back?

If you're unable to receive your order right now, here are a few options: If your order hasn't been shipped yet, let us know your preferred shipping date, and we’ll schedule it accordingly. If the order is already in transit, we can ask the courier partner to hold the package and attempt delivery again later. (Please note: this service is not guaranteed.) You can also choose to have the parcel received by a neighbor or your building’s security on your behalf.

Is it possible to pay online when my COD package is delivered?

Most of our delivery partners accept UPI payments (like GPay or PhonePe) for COD orders. You can simply ask the delivery agent to collect the payment through your preferred UPI app at the time of delivery.

I didn’t request to cancel my order, but it got cancelled. I’m still interested in buying the product.

We’re sorry to hear that your order was cancelled without your intention. Some possible reasons for the cancellation could be: The order was placed as Cash on Delivery (COD) Incomplete or missing information in the order details In such cases, we usually try to reach out to confirm or update the order. If we don’t receive a response within 7 days, the order may be cancelled automatically. If you’d still like to receive your product, just let us know — we’ll be happy to recreate and ship your order again.

Can I receive my order faster if I’m willing to pay extra?

We already air-ship the majority of our orders, so there's usually no need to pay extra for faster delivery. However, feel free to reach out to us through our support channels, and we'll do everything we can to assist you promptly.

Do you deliver orders to the UK or USA?

Currently, we offer free shipping within India only. However, if you're located outside India and are comfortable covering the shipping charges, we can arrange international delivery for you. Please feel free to email us at support@silve.in if you’d like to place an order from abroad.
